Nothing is really to unique about my neighborhood I'd say it's pretty average honestly. Local businesses I guess does Starbucks and target count? Those are both really good businesses. I like going to our local parks and taking our dogs with us that's always nice pinics and having bbqs.

It is close to the Oars shopping center to go shopping either clothing and food as well as nearby stores for home repairs

I don't spend time in my neighborhood. I usually travel to the University district or downtown for entertainment or restaurants. My neighborhood had very inexpensive rent when I moved in, and now, the prices have risen over 60% in the past year.

I like living in my because I have restaurants 300 feet away I have target and walmart within walking distance with a park and skate park across the street and plenty more eateries within walking distance also

I really like that we have open space right behind our houses. We are in the corner of the city and backed up to the mountain so there are many hiking trails to use.

The houses are all unique and there are tons of trees. It's a great neighborhood for walking the dog. Good for families and quiet
