What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Seventh Avenue Newark

it's near the downtown area , highways , convenience stores are accessible , i don't really bring family or friends to this neighborhood to do activities

There is a perfect community environment that I trust to have reasonable prices as well as the right roads

We have alot of restaurants to choose from, also a performance arts building where lots of famous musicians come to perform. T fun t

Affordable rent , restaurants recreation, friendly , stores, supermarkets, public transportation, schools,

I like to go to bars, parks, and Chinese restaurants near the community. I like to go to bars because I can relax with my friends and relieve my tired spirit and body. I like to go to the park because I can accompany my wife and children and make family life more perfect. I like to go to Chinese restaurants because the Chinese food is delicious, and my wife likes to eat it.

My neighborhood has a very humane playground, and my favorite is the nearby Hair Cafe where the coffee is really good
