What Renters Like and Dislike About The Waterfront Jersey City

Convenient traffic roads are spacious and clean and tidy with sufficient police force in case of danger can make timely help

The neighborhood is right by the water and is accessible through various forms of public transport. In a very noisy city it is in a small cul de sac so it's still quiet. There's some local bars and restaurants that are good but can be expensive. We don't hang out in this neighborhood with our friends but it's still nice to live in.

The view is unique, you can see Manhattan skyline. The business around have a lot of variety. At the park and the Mall

Everybody knows mostly everybody barbecues basketball tournaments money raising rallies restaurants and transportation is close

It is near hoboken to go for party and near to newport to go for ahopping near journal square to travel
