What Renters Like and Dislike About Southern Terrace Spring Valley

The neighborhood is clean, and nice. Plenty of huge shopping centers near by. Friends and families enjoy the local restaurants and small business.

Things are pretty near to us here. Like Wallmart smiths. Restaurants are all pretty near gas stations.

It feels like a close neighborhood community. We like walking as a family when weather is nice or go ride our bikes

The security here is top notch. I love that. There is a huge water park for residents only. And restruaunts inside the community.

Grocery store should be within walking distance but it is not. I wish there were more streetlights . I like to go to the movies but have to travel pretty far.

Close to restaurants. Close to highway. Close to hospital and healthcare. Close to parks and dog parks.
