I like that I live down the street from my job it makes the commute easier I just have to drive my girls to the babysitter

I like the neighbors and that they look out for each other. My favorite local business is a local neighbor chinese restaurant. I enjoy going to the local park which is safe.

I like that in my little appartment area there are individual mini playgrounds. My favourite business is dollar tree, very nice people. I like to say inside, sometimes chill out at the near by park.

Midtown is close so there are a lot of small shops. Some random ones we've yet to learn too. But we generally go a bit further for our hobbies and food.

Their is tons of modern houses and on the street they have private stores only for the neighborhood.

We have some open space and we are close to many businesses. The homes are beautiful and unique. It appears to be oasis like with man made ponds and a lot of trees.
