What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Summerlin Las Vegas

It is an adult senior community. Everything needed is within a short driving distance. We love frequenting restaurants.

Live close to Aviator stadium. Live close to good schools for kids. Close to outlet mall and restaurants

We live in the heart of our suburb, with most all entities close by and many are a walkable distance.

I like that we are close to a park. My neighborhood is unique because it is near a hospital and a fire station. I like to walk to the 7-Eleven nearby but wish that they did not carry alcohol there. We enjoy having Lola's nearby and also Capriotti's. We like to take walks in our neighborhood as a family.
