Nothing. The only thing good about it is how close it is to the strip. It's not unique or great to live in .

Plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Plus good local transportation by bus, Uber or Lyft in the area.

It's close to the Las Vegas strip which is convenient to visit with local friends. There are a few casinos on the public transit that are close. The closest gas stations and McDonald's are well maintained.

I like to take my friend and family to the shopping center in my complex because it has all kinds of different places to shop.

The beautiful views of both the city skyline and of nature. Everything is convenient and easily accessible.
