I like that stores and my bank are close by. I love the canyon hiking trail nearby. I love that neighbors keep their yards clean and mainatained.

It's a small , quiet neighborhood and I know several of my neighbors. One lady throws a Christmas party every year for all the neighbors.

I have very good neighbors who I trust. I live in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty well maintained.
