My immediate neighbors are very nice. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The area is quiet and convenient to downtown area .. very close to my job.great are to walk in the parks

How safe it is to walk animals during the day and at night. Being familiar with neighbors around the area

Close to bars and restaurants. Very vibrant area with lots of activities all the time. Friendly people who have a strong bond to the neighborhood.
