What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Pavilion Maryland Heights

It's got a lot around it and is being built up more and more daily. It is suburban so it doesn't take long to get to parks and places where you can just sit and enjoy a nice day. It is pet friendly in most places

Where I live and what is unique in my neighborhood is really nothing. Nothing is unique. Seven eleven store is up the street. My favorite local business is Walgreens

We live in a condo complex. It is not gated but it is fenced and somewhat secluded which I like. There are 4 major grocery stores 2-3 miles from where I live. There are great restaurants within 10 miles from here. There are 2 fire houses within 2 miles of our home. The police are 1 mile away. I can walk to 7-11 ot Quick Trip.

I love that we're so close to the creek and woods, you don't get that much close to a city. I like to go up to the dog park, there's also an AMC and a Buffalo Wild Wings walkable for dinner and a movie

We have good neighbors. Live close to main highways and close to grocery store. We are close to elementary school.

I know the people in our cul de sac. We hang out together. We are friendly. We invite others to come and make friends, but they are not all our kind of people.
