What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About West Side Saint Paul

I live on a bluff that looks at downtown. There are parks that line the bluff. There is a convenience store with gas a block away. Restaurants close enough to walk. A bus stops across the street twice an hour from 6am to 11pm. I can get anywhere in the metro area within 20 minutes because of serveral different highway exits within a mile.

Cafe Amore is a great coffee shop close by to meet up with friends. There are many little libraries within walking distance. A good combo of suburb feel but close to the city.

Nothing besides neighbors being super friendly and there for you, the icy cup is a very good ice cream shop, and we go alot of places but really like Applebee's and Walmart hobby lobby is a fantastic store to get lost in

I like living in my neighborhood because everyone kinda knows each other and that most people are kind

Great access to all ares by car, bike and walking. Whole food, mouse thrift. River walks, parks and museums.

Plenty of kids for my son to play with. Close to shopping. Neighbors are mostly considerate and friendly.
