What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Palisade Saint Paul

It is very old and established. Though not within walking distance it's close to downtown. Close to the river walk.

Neighborhoo is quiet, near shopping, well maintained housing and businesses; near library, parks and golf course.

My favorite thing in my neighborhood is that there's a corner store, grocery store and places to get food that are all able to walk to. Along with people close to a lake

I love watching movies and eat snacks and play board games and maybe even play a little sports with them maybe go to a water park when it is a nice day or just kick it out in back with the pool
