What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cooper Minneapolis

My neighborhood has unique houses to look at due to the age of the city. There are many restaurants nearby. I love visit the many parks to play tennis or go for a walk and bringing my dog to the various dog parks.

Neighbors who talk to each other and they help when needed, schooners pub is a land mark in our neighborhood, we are just a bout 1 mile from Minnehaha falls which is beautiful and if ur to talk after walking the falls there are both train and bus stops throughout the falls

All the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. Pretty much everything I need is close by. I never have to travel very for or very long to shop, go to work, run errands, etc.

2 lakes very near, a creek, many walking and biking trails. I could easily walk (less than a mile) to a Minneapolis hallmark (Minnehaha Falls) and Mall of America is less than 2 miles away.

My friends and I like going to restaurants and going to parks. We also like going to valley fair because of the rides.

??A great neighborhood must be a place where people have an opportunity to walk safely, with meaningful destinations. ?Great neighborhoods also need nearby amenities for those residents to meet, recreate or learn. ... They might also include a quality school, a local park, or a walking or biking trail.
