able to park easily and good mix of ages,,,also close to park. it is also near two local stores...for essential items

Select living in my neighborhood because this people are very friendly here. And I live very close to a lovely little park.Where you can sit there and have lunch

The neighborhood is set apart from the rest of the city. It is divided by a major highway but is in close proximity to conservation land

I love how nearby everything is without feeling overcrowded by large apartment blocks. Also love the mixture of newly arrivals and old timers. Finally, I love the diversity of my neighborhood.

I like my neighbors, the trees on my street, my house, and restaurants and stores nearby
