What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hikes Point Louisville

There are 2 car washes nearby. No restaurants close to us. When I go out with friends we get in the car and go several blocks away to eat,

Everybody looks out for others. It is like a family here. Mutual respect for each other and when someone is in need we help each other

A handful of neighbors are quite friendly and wish to chat on occasion. Many also love to decorate for the holidays compared to my last neighborhood. Its lovely to see the lights they put up!

Very calm neighborhood, safe for families. No history of crimes. Fire department is nearby. What is good about the neighborhood is that most necessary shops are nearby by like grocery stores, pharmacies and cafes.

My neighbors are great and friendly. I love that we're close to a few grocery stores and a dollar tree. My favorite bar for bar food is close by. I like going out walking with my pets.

My neighborhood is virtually made up of older people yet we're still young enough to keep up with the younger families. Every desired business is right here close by.
