What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cloverleaf Louisville

First thing I like live about my neighborhood is it's quiet it's flat it is relatively well lit but not lighting up your house most if not all of the properties are about the same about an acre so so it's definitely good to for a space it's right next to a major highway right next to US interstate but off of those two places to where we don't get caught up

It's a roof over my head. Not too great but that's life. More lights for safety reasons. More police presence

Store's I can walk to and I can get a private walk in with myself and don't have to worry about noone but me and my god

There is nothing unique. It's a subdivision in the city. Any "unique" business is a drive across the city.

Outside parks love peace at times caring neighbors I can trust packages being safe left on the porch where we can walk down streets no robing no killings no gun violences around

SHively is one of the better neighborhoods in Louisville because it more of the middle class citizen residing their and raising their children. It is about 15-20 mins to anywhere in Louisville or Southern Indiana

Recreation in the Cloverleaf Area

Cloverleaf apartment rentals are located very close to one of the city's largest parks. Iroquois Park, to the south of Cloverleaf, is a monstrous green space in the city with a wide range of activities to entertain outdoorsmen and athletes of all ages. The park offers amenities found in many city parks, like basketball and tennis courts as well as playgrounds and picnic areas. But where Iroquois Park separates itself is with the archery range, disc golf course, bridle trail, catch and release fishing pond, and 2,366-seat amphitheater built by the Work Progress Administration. The 725-acre park also features walking paths and grills for keeping fit or having a cookout with the family. Near the park is the perfect place for golfers of all ages and experiences to practice their strokes. The inexpensive, public Iroquois Golf Course is great for residents to play after work or on the weekend all year long.
