I know my neighbors by name. They are all friendly and we have actual conversation. It's close to everything, but tucked away.

The people. Really good people. Love it you just have to know the people.you have to know that neighborhood and understand the people and their situation.

I like my neighbors usually, there isn't much other than that. Although I do like how friendly it is to bikers and walkers

The school area is a 1-2 minute walk to the school and the elementary middle and high are all in one area. My children have friends I enjoy the daycare my youngest attend it's convenient shall I say

I like that we are near some parks. I also like that we are near several good places to eat. There are also several places to shop in the area and it is close to my work.

I've lived in this same home for 30 years, my house is close to everything that I need to survive. Neighbors are staying longer, nicer, helpful.
