Low crime and affordable. I don't know what else to say. Des Moines has plenty to do and traffic is really low compared to other big cities.

I like that it's the drake university area because there is always something going on especially in the summer.

There is a strip mall by my house. The strip mall has several grocery stores and convenient stores. I like going to the store with my family.

It has a dog park a lake where you can fish and has game room and gym. And lots of room to playhouse can run and excise. Also has a gas station nearby so it's walkable not to far.
