We have fishing ponds. I love our walking paths. Lots of wildlife. Not too far from the city and several parks are nearby

I really like that a good steakhouse, Italian and Mexican restaurant are within a short walking distance.

I like that the neighborhood is really close to everything (gas station, stores, restaurants, etc). I also like that it's big so there are a lot of new people that you can meet and with people moving in and out all the time it's nice to see the house starting to get fixed up.

It's close to literally everything. 15 minutes from downtown. 5-7 minutes from multiple interstates. 3 minutes from the closest Walmart. Access to public transportation. Probably 20 restaurants within a 10 min radius. Good schools.
