What Renters Like and Dislike About East Side Indianapolis

Close to my job .near the school .near stores. restaurants we go to eat at .close to fire department

I like the lakes and natural resources. I find that the schools are very economically diverse which is a plus. There are a number of small diners and family owned restaurants to enjoy when guests are in town

It is a quiet neighborhood. I have great neighbors. I feel safe doing my walking and the there are sidewalks all along my usual path

Many new families with young kids. People are always out walking or on bikes. Friendly neighbors for the most part.

The views of the lake, sunrises and sunsets. There are many local one of a kind restaurants which is great for dining out with family and friends. Our subdivision has a park with lake access and a swimming area.

It's a nuclear suburban neighborhood in a dead end street. Not a lot of traffic and it backs up to a nature preserve. Our favorite local places are within a couple miles; restaurants, grocery store, ice arena, K-12 schools.
