What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Delaware Trail Indianapolis

I stick to myself. People are sketchy here. A lot of drugs. It's in the city so there's a lot of places within walking distance.

I love all the different nationalities. Great food here. Love how the kids learn from each others different heritages.

The gated community makes me feel more safe. Social neighbors makes you feel that you can rely on the people around you. Active HOA panel. Close to interstate, restaurants and shoppes.

First and foremost, the best thing about my neighborhood is that my family is back together. Secondly, there are a couple of store close that are convenient to go to. Not much else is good about living here.

Our neighborhood has many cul-de-sacs that turn off of cul-de-sacs, so it is very quiet. There are no businesses in or around our neighborhood. We are active in our church, and have gatherings there.
