What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cobblestone Indianapolis

It is unique because it has the best schools and grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. My favorite restaurant/bar is literally walking distance from my apartment. I like going to the bar and the restaurants that are in the area.

I love that our neighborhood is hilly, with mountains in the background. Most of the homes are over a century old, and we have a lovely view from each window. Halloween is very kid friendly. Most neighbors participate, and it is walkable. Many neighbors decorate for holidays.

I like how friendly people are. Everyone always waves. I also like that grocery stores are within walking distance.

It's in a quiet spot, there's no drive by or street ways for kids to get hit in , there are no parks for kids / children only pools which I wish they had more of

It's a rural setting but it is only a few minutes from the cities downtown area and shops. It's very quiet most of the time and there are only a few street lights so you can look up and see the stars.

The peaceful environment, the securities, the quite areas, good for children and adults, favorable, lovely and beautiful
