I like that it's a safe neighborhood and that it's close to several restaurants and stores that one can visit for necessities a few niche stores to visit.

it's located on the outskirts of town with easy access to roads. I can't think of anything at this time other maybe lower housing costs. some more street lighting would be good

There is a McDonald's a few blocks away. My close neighbors are very nice we help one another. I feel safe in my home but keep doors locked

I love how the houses are old and unique. There is a wide variety of homes from million dollar mansions to starter homes.

My neighborhood does not have anything like that. From an outsider it would seem like it has no character.
