What Renters Like and Dislike About Carmel City Center Carmel

It's very clean, crime is low, everything is within walking distance especially the farmers market. There is a variety of restaurants and bars available within walking distance.

My neighborhood is in front of the city trail, and close to a cementary. Favorite local businesses are restaurants such as DQ. I like going to eat and to the gym.

Raise kids restaurants nearby it is close to my fitness center it is a very quiet place for people to Live, lots of kids and retired people. Rarely have a nay noise. The repair team did I a great work. Swimming pool and remodel fitness center. The grass being care well and the side walks. Car usually drive very slow and usually let the pedestrians go first.

My neighborhood has an excellent reputation in the area. Many activities for children. I live close to shopping and restaurants of all kinds. My neighborhood has resident involvement in a HOA, which pays for ongoing improvements to the neighborhood.

safety everything is good and the love of the neighbors only we suffer from the high prices

I like to walk to the park. I like to take my dog for a walk. I like to go to the pool or park to have fun.
