What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downtown Moline Moline

Our neighborhood is close to the main interstates in our area. It is easy to get to pretty much anything from our neighborhood. I am good friends with two of my neighbors across the street. We spend time together and do things together.

I love that I live right near a wonderful Park and I live right by great grocery store elementary School daycare center and YMCA so it's a very accommodative neighborhood

I like it being close to the highway. Also close to stores to go shopping. Also having the park by us

Very close to downtown, with lots of walkable local favorites nearby. Close enough to larger big box/grocery stores. Convenient to I74 to Iowa and not far from Centennial or Arsenal bridges. Close to the Avenue.

I live on a dead end street so nice and quite and not much noise or a lot of kids roaming the streets all hours of the night or any drag racing up and down the streets at night
