What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About The Loop Chicago

It's close to the schools and it's a decent place to raise children. Therefore, that's why we moved here from the city.

Public facilities such as parks are also places where you can socialize. They can also bring better physical and mental health to individuals and promote a sense of pride in the community's better social cohesion. All great communities have this in common. A lifestyle match. A passionate developer. A low crime rate. Grea

Crime, decreased services, no services. There are no sit Dow restaurants. There are no shopping centers. Lasts on main streets have bee off for three weeks despite multiple phone calls.

I like how clean it is and how trees are lining the streets. It is also very quiet and peaceful. I am grateful to be part of this neighborhood

The community is blessed with schools, which make it very convenient for children to go to school, and good restaurants, I can bring my family to have dinner together during the holidays.

My favorite neighborhood is that there are many large stores where I can shop. I will go to the neighborhood for dinner and shopping with my friends on weekends.

Apartments in The Loop, IL

Chicago is full of history and steeped in culture of the Midwest, and there's no better way to explore both than by renting an apartment in The Loop. This tight-knit neighborhood is situated in the heart of the city, and you'll find everything you need to fit right in while you're residing in this beautiful urban setting.

Recreation

Once you find an apartment in The Loop, you'll quickly notice that one of its most redeeming features is that it's near some of Chicago's nicest parks. Whether you're a jogger or you simply love the fresh air, The Loop has some expansive parks located within a walking distance from your apartment.

One park that you'll surely want to visit while renting is Grant Park. This venue is right along Lake Michigan, giving you stunning shoreline views of the water and an optimal chance to view the massive body of water. Because Grant Park is so large, it has smaller amenities within its perimeters that you'll want to see. There are a handful of baseball diamonds to use, as well as a bird sanctuary if you're willing to walk a bit along the shoreline.

Transportation

You won't find it challenging to get around The Loop while renting an apartment in this area of Chicago. There are several ways to travel, and the easiest is via subway. Jackson-Red, Monroe-Red and Adams-Wabash are all right outside your door in this neighborhood. If you prefer to use your car, you'll find access to Lake Shore Drive that will take you up the coast of Lake Michigan. Routes 90 and 94 are also a short distance from your apartment in The Loop, and you'll be extremely close to the Amtrak station connecting you to other parts of the country, located within the heart of Chicago.

Education

One of the most valuable features to you while renting in The Loop may be the abundance of colleges in the area. Roosevelt College, the Erickson Institute and the Chicago-Kent College of Law are all located right outside of your humble abode. If you head north, you'll find the theatre school of De Paul University. Whether you have children or you're thinking of expanding upon your own education, you won't find it challenging to do so while living in this neighborhood.
