What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakeview Chicago

Decent options for pubs/restaurants, while still not a noisy neighbourhood. Very well connected with public transport & walkable.

I love living in a walkable community, where I don't need to own a car to go about my daily life. I also love living just a short walk from the park and Lake Michigan. It's great for recreation.

I like being able to walk to the grocery store easily. I like seeing businesses opening and doing well in the area.

i love the openness of the neighborhood that allow people to ride their bikes to the small time restaurant and my friends enjoy being at this neighborhood

Being right by Lake Michigan and Wrigley Field. And there are several street fairs and parades. The fishing can be pretty good. Seasonal salmon fishing.

Michals pizzeria or the park nearby transportation right outside door near grocery store restraunts bars beaches

If you have a four-legged member of your family, he or she will also have a tail-wagging time at Challenger's dog area. There, you can socialize with other puppy parents as your dog plays with his or her new neighbors. Also near the apartments in Lakeview, is the Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course, which is located right on the lake's shores. There, you and your new golfmates will be able to play a round of two while enjoying the view of the crystalline water. For other recreational activities, there's the Waveland Park and Softball Fields, which are great for pickup games on the weekend. If tennis is more to your liking, you can always play a match at Waveland's public courts.
