Our neighborhood is close to both work and groceries. It is easy to get where I need to. I wish there were more restaurants and shops on this side of town.

I know all of my neighbors. I like living so close to parks. Also, close to freeway. Easy walking access to entire downtown area.

Safe and well maintained and within walking distance of parks and shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that it is quiet. Like I said before, it is near the center of town, so there are many unique businesses that are within walking distance.

I like the quietness. I like the friendliness of our neighbors. I like there is a nice park nearby that we can walk to.
