What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Southeast Boise Boise City

Older will maintained homes smaller homes. Walkability as well as being close to downtown and big parks

Shopping within walking. Very safe. We have bunnies in the neighborhood. Schools are within walking distance

It is quiet close to grocery and some restaurants. There is banking near buy and small stores in the neighborhood.

Compared to neighborhood in other cities, the housing here is directly on a bike trail that leads into the city. You can walk to food or grocery stores, and there are a lot of restaurants just a half hour walk away. Burgers, pizza, sushi, steak, it's all there.

I like how nice the people are. How simplot fields are right next to my neighborhood. I also love the loyalty of the neighborhood and food. I personally am a Happy Teriyaki fan.

It's pretty quiet for the most part. We can see the ski hill from our front window. Lots of people walking their dogs (though, not too many dogs barking obnoxiously). We are very close to the pharmacy, grocery store, gas station, tax place, bank, Mom and Pop restaurants and thrift store donation place. We are also a short drive to downtown, but not too close that it's noisy.
