Older will maintained homes smaller homes. Walkability as well as being close to downtown and big parks

Shopping within walking. Very safe. We have bunnies in the neighborhood. Schools are within walking distance

It is quiet close to grocery and some restaurants. There is banking near buy and small stores in the neighborhood.

It's pretty quiet for the most part. We can see the ski hill from our front window. Lots of people walking their dogs (though, not too many dogs barking obnoxiously). We are very close to the pharmacy, grocery store, gas station, tax place, bank, Mom and Pop restaurants and thrift store donation place. We are also a short drive to downtown, but not too close that it's noisy.

It is close to downtown. It is close to all the conveniences we need. It is fairly quiet and not busy.

There are several shops including grocery stores withing a reasonable walking distance (10-15 min). It's an easy drive to anywhere - downtown, major shopping, parks, natural areas and 5 min walk to schools.
