What renters like and dislike about Polk

I like that it is safe & quiet. I like that neighbors know and interact with each other. I like that all take pride in their homes and keep them well maintained.

What's unique is people are nice not every neighbor may be nice but these ones are. i love going to the park and maybe playing basketball. people and kids would love it here as my opinion.

We've established great friends in our neighborhood since moving in. We're very close to great schools that offer a quality education. Several local businesses that have opened the last couple of years that have made this an even better neighborhood to live in.
