My backyard, the close shops, the TINY house payment. We have owned this house forever and it is all we can afford.

Our neighborhood is close to lots of places that we frequent. It is centrally located for almost everything we do.

It's an older well established neighborhood. Many families have lived here decades. Houses aren't right next to each other and have spacious yards. But it's close enough to everything you need whether it's groceries restaurants even a large city pool

The things I most like in my neighborhood is that the houses are very stable. There are many good people and very quiet.
