What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Thomasville Heights Atlanta

I love that my neighborhood has a strip of different businesses that you can go into. It makes it convenient.

This neighborhood is historic, both locally and nationally. Walmart, Kroger and Burger King are my favorites.

its actually peaceful well sometimes but i like it its for now ma im going to enjoy it as much as i canybe another or less

There is nothing I like in this neighborhood. However maybe a low crime rate and more affordable housing would improve

It's a senior community, I like going to the recreation center, I like attending community meetings at our resource center which is a unique way we share information.

I should benefit from rising property values. It's still more affordable than some upscale neighborhoods. I'm looking forward to the BeltLine being finished. It's already led to shops and restaurants moving in. The neighborhood contains one of the city's major parks. Schools have improved, so lots of families are moving in and staying rather than moving to the suburbs, which would likely result in longer commutes and even worse traffic and pollution than we already have. I enjoy getting takeout at the restaurant next door (Dakota Blue) when volunteering for the neighborhood newspaper. Buteco has good food and drinks.
