It's a nice convient place to live but crime is on the rise due to bad politics and extremely poor city leadership.

No you have a lot of stores nearby everything is a really convenient and the people are friendly you know we have low Gatherings from time to time community events

It's quiet nice well kept neighborhood well maintained lawns and houses.Mexican Resturant's for food and drinks

nothing i like most about this neighborhood its to much bad goes on over here no fun here nothing to do at all here

family friendly neighborhood, good neighbors, feels safe, good to raise a family, well lit. moderate crime. good schools.

I often go to the attached park with my lover and children to play games, promote our relationship, and enjoy food with them in the attached restaurant.
