The thing that's great about this neighborhood is that there are high property values So you know it's safe but there are also affordable rental properties which is what is good for me. It's centrally located and nearby a lot of highways . Perfect for ATL traffic

I like the central location, where downtown is close by but the highway is also easily accessible
