The homes are older with mature trees. Lot sizes are big for a subdivision. Only a few miles from downtown.

Nothing , if i had the money i would leave in a heart beat. We drive our daughter 20 minutes to the next city over for school because its that bad here

Many locally owned business downtown. Bars are wonderful, breweries are plentiful. Wide variety of local events depending on the season.

The park near by is good for kids and dogs. The neighborhood has friendly folks and is very dog friendly.

Great school district. It's also a quiet community. Very safe community, near the downtown area, and by everything that we need.

Safe and has places close for gas, restaurants, and more. Just a few miles down the road are more restaurants and shopping.
