My neighborhood is new. I've lived here for 6 years. The homes are beautiful. My favorite business is Publix grocery store, Marshall's, the Dollar store and Chinese restaurant which is near my home in the Sunshine plaza. I like going to restaurants, spiritual events, concerts, theater and dancing.

Convenient and varied shopping. Near major medical systems. I don't eat out nearby - distrust the cleanliness and food quality.

Its a very private area, with great bars and restaurants within walking distance and parks within a two block walk were you can enjoy a picnic and bring your dogs.

I live in a suburb of a large city and love the weather most of all. There are most every kind of chain restaurant near me, and plenty of locally owned too. I have a standing day to have coffee with friends

I like to go to the nearby forest to pick mushrooms, and there's a lot of natural food available, all natural, no pesticides

It is close to any store that one could possibly want to go to at any time. The are is quiet and made up primarily of a 55 plus population.
