What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Middle River Terrace Fort Lauderdale

the mississippi river flows through the neighborhood and i like that. we have a downtown with many restaurants and shops.

We are in a unique place being lrss than a mile to the ocean in one direction. In the other direction we are a thirty second walk to a very nice mall with restaurants.

I think what's unique Abt my neighborhood is that not many people socialize with each other people are always within their own houses

I like that we have a convenience store at the end of the street, a Publix and Walgreens. Also a J marks and a USPS

I like the mix of house types and how pet friendly it is. Most of the time it's quiet and walkable to restaurants.

We have great neighbors. Kids get to play with the other kids in the neighborhood. Everyone helps everyone out.
