My area is close to everything like shopping, restaurants, banks and even the beach. Very walkable to all

Very good place to live, good restaurants very close to my home, walking distance good restaurants also one of my favorites

The neighhborhood is perfect for me. Most things are within walking distance to my condo. It is near the beach (across the street) when friends & relatives come to visit all the have to do is cross the street.

Houses have yards. Dog friendly. Kid friendly. Near many different local attractions and restaurants and fairly close to downtown
