What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Queens Chapel Washington

We are about 2 blocks off the lake, and there are bike paths everywhere you want to look. And the elementary school is just down the street..

I love all the parks, kids friendly areas, close to schools. There also a lot of nice nature areas. There are a good amount of dog parks as well.

I love the diversity of people! We can walk to everything we need, including a small grocery store, bank, cleaners, schools, post office and metro. Love our farmers market and the few local restaurants.

It's metro-accessible. That's all. I can't really say there's anything in particular that I like about this neighborhood aside from that.

We live near an airstrip and cool to hear and see planes! The lots are big, so not too close to each other!

I have friendly neighbors that help my family with lots of home-owning tasks. We are within walking distance of one grocery store, and within short driving distance of everything else we would need.
