What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Park View Washington

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby-- I love El Chucho, Little Food Studio, Honeymoon Chicken, Reliable Tavern, and Midlands.

It's near the metro and two bus routes. It's fairly quiet at night. I live next to a store and the store opwner keeps my packages so they won't be stolen by porch pirates..

Going to restaurants in the area, going shopping at Target or going to the library or elementary schools.

It's a community. Lots of locally owned small businesses. Has a distinct feel from the generations of immigrants that built it.

We have a lot of restaurants and public area's, but for me and my family is very funny go to Columbia heights, in this we have a latin restaurant, and is great.
