This fast and efficient mode of transportation will allow you to experience the living history that is your hometown, first hand. For all of your bicycle needs, you can head to the Bike Rack or Capitol Hill Bikes. If you need to get somewhere in a hurry, or perhaps need to venture to one of D.C.'s surrounding neighborhoods, then you can utilize the metro system. What Renters Like and Dislike About NoMa Washington

Close to public transportation. Close to local businesses. It is pretty clean and has greenery even for being in a city.

I would say we have lots of restaurants neary it's always something to do. My favorite restaurant is the one by my house it's a cool sensory.

I have lived around the neighborhood ober twenty years and watch people come and go. And we respect each other around here.

I like that it is located next to the train station. I like that it is located next to two metro stops.

There are large parks with walkable trails, playgrounds for kids, swimming areas and city sponsored baseball fields, and community events

It is very quiet. Lots of parks and kind. Neighbors. Good mix of Ages. Residents are kind and lots of kids.
