If you're idea of a good time is engaging in some friendly competition, then you may want to dust off the racket and play a couple matches on one of the courts at the nearby New York Avenue/Dunbar Recreation Center. What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About NoMa Washington
Close to public transportation. Close to local businesses. It is pretty clean and has greenery even for being in a city.
I would say we have lots of restaurants neary it's always something to do. My favorite restaurant is the one by my house it's a cool sensory.
I have lived around the neighborhood ober twenty years and watch people come and go. And we respect each other around here.
I like that it is located next to the train station. I like that it is located next to two metro stops.
There are large parks with walkable trails, playgrounds for kids, swimming areas and city sponsored baseball fields, and community events
It is very quiet. Lots of parks and kind. Neighbors. Good mix of Ages. Residents are kind and lots of kids.
