What Renters Like and Dislike About Barths Wheat Ridge

For the most part it is quiet. I like the mix of solitude and convenience of still being close to things.

It is close to a nice downtown. They are building up the neighborhood. And it's close to a really good biking trail

My neighborhood is unique in that it is an "affordable" area in Denver area. Older homes, well maintained yards, brick homes. There are more younger people with families moving in. There are many options for shopping and dining in the area. I hope more will come to this part of town as there is major road construction happening on a major road. Some of my favorite local businesses are Swiss Flower & Gift, Ross, Big Lots and Clancys Irish Pub.

The neighborhood is not really near stores. The only store would be a dollar general five minutes away.

The people and the houses and yards. I really like that every house has a big yard and misty off them e are well kept and green grass in the front yard

I wind up going into Denver for entertainment. Wheat Ridge doesn't have much. Or that I like enough to go to.
