What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Washington Park Denver

Like it a lot. Only real area of improvement is making some of the older houses newer. Other than that it's good

I love to Washington Park area as well as the Bonnie Brae Pizzeria and shopping center what makes our neighborhood unique is just the fact that it's an older neighborhood with lots of trees which launch out a lot of radiation from the Sun and feels great in the summertime

It's very easy to get to different parts of town. Near several different grocery stores. Easy to walk to restaurants and brunch spots. We like going to the park and to restaurants.
