What Renters Like and Dislike About Platt Park Denver

Very pet friendly for walking my dog. Lots of young people and near local long time pub where I can take my dog and chat and watch sports

I am close to shopping mall. Retail is nearby. Grocery stores are close both large local groceries offer different products.

I like exploring local restaurants and bars with friends. There are a lot of queer-friendly shops within driving distance.

Easy spot to live, central, close access to stores/restaurants/coffee, public transport nearby, bike friendly.

It's a great suburban neighborhood with beautiful views. We also have neighborhood get together so we get a chance to know all the neighbors.

I was raised here. We built our house 20 years ago and the neighborhood has only gotten better with time. Big trees, young families with lots of kids, everyone's friendly! I was very close to my elementary school, and bewitch recent developments we now are writhing walking distance to great restaurants!
