What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Five Points Denver

They have the golf course, zoo and the Nature of Science near by. They have a ice cream parlor, massage shop and beauty supply store. I usually head over to the nearest laundromat because our building and unit doesn't have one.

It's downtown so i love that it's always busy and it's close to my favorite bar and and restaurants.

Close to downtown, close to work, close to area for going out. 'Up and coming' neighborhood, look forward to changes.

I like that its quiet at night, that there are a lot of parks nearby, and that everyone takes good care of their properties.
