What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About East Central Denver Denver

Close to grocery store and bars. Lots of parks and a lot of fun places to walk to. My favorite stores are Potager and 7-11.

I live in downtown so there are alot of shops ,restaurants, and stuff to do. This includes places to eat coffee shops and small convenience stores.

Close to downtown very walkable neighborhood. A large amount of restaurants and bars around. It is a great place to live.

I love being able to walk to the grocery store, downtown, or the park all under 25 minutes. I also love the local businesses nearby.

I love having a large park just across the street. The homes are beautiful, and this area is pet friendly and family friendly. I can walk to the grocery store, and there are cafes and bars just slightly further than walking distance.

I am able to walk easily to two different large parks, as well as a botanic gardens. There are several restaurants and bars nearby that I enjoy walking to, as well as an ice cream shop. Most yards are well tended.
