What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Southeast San Francisco San Francisco

My house has been in the family for over 100 years and now is worth several million dollars. When the house was built it cost very little. The next door neighbor just bought the house next door for over 4.5 million.

Near beautiful park and friendly stores. Very near historic buildings & neighborhoods and theater. Also near downtown & theater district.

Cultural attractions are nice. Bookstores and cafes are great. There is a theater and a park that I like. The diversity is nice too.

It's near the ocean which I think is very cool but it makes it very cold and I like the cafe's nearby

I like to take my child to swim at the weekend, it can not only exercise his body, but also good for her health.

I like communities with good infrastructure, where people live a safe and convenient life, increasing our happiness
