Everything is close and combiner for me like grocery stores, liquor stores , banks, Walgreens and ext

I like the safety. I like the places you can go to have fun. There are multiple places to eat with good food.

There's a lot of kids in the area to interact with, and the families are friendly. The grocery stores and restaurants are relatively close, too. Nice parks, too.

I love the diversity. Along my block there are different ethnic group, everyone seem to get along together.

It is a generally peaceful area to live in. There are several businesses in the area that offer necessities as well as extras. There are also several parks in the area featuring excellent recreational options.
