What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hayes Valley San Francisco

There is a real sense of community. There are many good restaurants and shops. There is a Tenderloin museum. My favorite bar is in this neighborhood.

Close to the opera. Close to the symphony, within one block. Close to theaters within 3 blocks. Close to restaurants within 3 blocks.

Nothing is unique. The only thing is convienice and having everything close to you. I always go to Walgreens to get what I need or the Corner Stores.

I like that I live in a neighborhood where I can talk with the local business owners. I love the variety and diversity of the food offered throughout the neighborhood. I like the fact that the neighborhood is central to the city and there are plenty of transportation options.

When the autumn wind blows, the golden ginkgo leaves flutter in the forest, like dancing butterflies. There are countless kinds of flowers, plants and trees, the most of which is sweet-scented osmanthus, the little sweet-scented osmanthus is yellow and yellow, and you can't see it if you don't look carefully among the green leaves. When the wind blows, it emits a faint fragrance. The fragrance is overflowing, intoxicating!

Generally speaking, urban real estate has convenient transportation, complete facilities and fast price appreciation, while suburban real estate has low prices, good greening and good air quality.
